Angela Sedran

Angela Sedran is a senior strategy and corporate advisory professional with more than 20 years’ experience helping founders, boards, private clients, family offices and growth-stage businesses build stronger, more investable companies.

Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, execution and capital readiness. She helps leadership teams assess business quality, sharpen strategic direction, identify execution gaps, strengthen operating models and prepare for investor, acquirer or strategic partner scrutiny.

Angela’s background includes an MBA from Australia’s leading business school, the AGSM, as well as senior strategy roles with LexisNexis and PBL Media, where she worked across M&A, divestments, P&L leadership, commercial analysis, innovation and business development. She has also advised founder-led and family-owned businesses on operating rhythm, accountability systems, KPI design, leadership alignment and cross-border growth.

As Founding Partner of Desertbridge Capital, Angela supports platform strategy, investor engagement, fundraising support and institutional-grade positioning across the India–GCC–Singapore corridor.

Aakash Deep

Aakashdeep is a strategic capital and cross-border business development professional with a background spanning private family office environments, investor relations, wealth and asset management partnerships, legal-commercial advisory, angel investing and founder ecosystem engagement. He works across the relationship-driven side of capital markets, supporting investor access, strategic introductions, partnership origination and commercial connectivity between India and international markets.

His career combines legal training, commercial execution and entrepreneurial experience. Aakashdeep has held roles across private capital, advisory, communications, sales, legal consulting and venture development, including work with a private family office, Neo Wealth and Asset Management, KRP Global Advisory, OPPO, IndiaMART and several early-stage ventures.

At Lionbridge Corporate Advisory, he contributes to strategic capital partnerships, investor relationship development, market access and opportunity origination. His value lies in his ability to navigate relationship-led environments, engage with founders and capital stakeholders, and support cross-border commercial conversations with discretion, confidence and practical business judgement.

Aakashdeep holds an MBA from Mysore University and a BBA LLB (Hons) from ICFAI Law School, giving him a strong foundation across both business and legal-commercial advisory
